Many individuals, Corporations and Family Offices own hard assets such as Precious Metals (Gold and Silver), Precious Stones (Diamonds, Rubies & Emeralds) and Fine Art & Historical Artifacts. These assets are usually vaulted and held in safe custody by their bankers or licensed vaults who issue a Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR).
Through our Debt Issuance Programme, The Wright Private Office DAC offer Hard Asset Monetisation, Gemstone Monetisation & Fine Art Monetisation by issuing new "Series" in our existing base Exchange Listed, European Medium Term Note by taking assignment of the Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR), which, in turn sits as a pass-through asset to raise funds for clients projects or for book building and without the need to move the physical asset.
Terms and Conditions govern the Programme and the Notes regardless of the method of listing and/or sale of the Notes.
Such avenues will be:
(a) Vienna MTF operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange, where Notes are listed;
(b) arrangements may be made for the Notes to be sold via Offer of Notes to the Public, which includes private placement; and
(c) arrangements may be made for the Notes to be sold through other non-regulated markets, multilateral trading facilities and/or quotation systems.
